Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join Nova and lead recruitment efforts within their organization. You will be
fully embedded in the client’s team
, while being hired and supported by Nova.
Desired starting date November 2025 This date is only a guide: it may depend on many factors and could be totally negotiable. Your main responsibilities Lead end-to-end hiring processes
, from sourcing to closing, across several business functions. Partner closely with the client’s
People & Talent team
to define needs and refine hiring strategies. Source top-tier talent
using the latest tools and tactics. Conduct
structured interviews
, ensuring a world-class candidate experience. Build and maintain a
strong talent pipeline
for future needs. Report on hiring metrics
and progress, proposing process improvements where needed. Act as a
Nova ambassador
, representing our commitment to quality and innovation in talent acquisition.
Requirements for this position 1-3 years of experience
in
Talent Acquisition
, preferably in
tech environments
or startups. Fluent in Spanish and English
— this is a bilingual role. French or German is a must. French and/or German are a strong plus
, as the company is expanding in those markets. Strong ability to
manage multiple recruitment processes
simultaneously. Experience in sourcing via
LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and other tools
. A mindset focused on
ownership, problem-solving

proactiveness
. Comfort working in
fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
. A plus if you’ve worked with
scaling tech companies
or SaaS businesses.
