What we’re looking for
* Extensive hands-on experience delivering real-world AI/ML solutions, particularly in NLP & LLMs.
* Strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or Engineering (AI Master’s a plus).
* Proven leadership ability with experience managing multiple complex projects.
* Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset — able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
