Our goal is to create brighter futures for our customers, wearers, and employees by influencing Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and owners to adopt a proactive approach to contact lenses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze business opportunities and identify growth areas for contact lenses.
2. Influence customers to adopt a proactive approach towards contact lenses, understanding their needs and characteristics.
3. Develop the contact lens category using customer journey mapping, POS data, databases, and organize customer training sessions.
4. Implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) within Key Accounts (KAs).
5. Build the Misight category and promote its benefits for children's health.
6. Execute coverage plans based on customer segmentation.
Additional Duties:
* Follow established sales processes and develop strong relationships with ECPs, owners, and sales staff.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary and maintain minimum product knowledge of CooperVision and competitors.
* Attend industry congresses and training sessions as required.
* Contribute positively to the team and utilize CooperVision's programs effectively.
