We are looking for a IT Business Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis to be part of our Finance, Control and Legal Department.

The role
Business Analyst, Oracle Cloud EPM, CPLEX.
What you’ll do:
o Support the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.
o IT product manager/Owner of different solutions.
o Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value.
o Work with IS/IT Product Managers to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need.
o Partner with business and IS/IT to analyze, translate, and document their requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT product backlog.

Minimum qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably Computer Science or field related to the product.
o 5+ years of relevant experience as business analyst in financial planning area.
o Excellent understanding and knowledge in Corporate Performance Management domain (Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting) and OLAP modeling.
o Project management skills and experience in IT consulting company.
o Good knowledge of Financial planning solutions as Anaplan, Board, Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS / PBCS), SAP Analytics Cloud for planning.
Bonus Points If You:
o Basic understanding Supply Chain planning concepts such as Demand Management, Distribution and Master Planning, S&OP, etc.
o Understanding of new techniques in planning using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with basic statistical knowledge.
o Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is required.
o Good knowledge of front end and data visualization tools for BI applications implementation (Dashboard, Cockpits, Analytics, Reports) with preferably previous experience in Microsoft Power BI.
o Knowledge and training in Databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is optional but preferred.
