The Role:
As a Dutch Content Moderator at Cross Border Talents, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content on our platforms adheres to community guidelines. You will play a key role in keeping the digital space safe, identifying inappropriate or harmful content in Dutch, and helping maintain a positive user experience. Key Responsibilities:
* Review and moderate Dutch-language content across various platforms to ensure it complies with community guidelines.
* Identify and remove harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content to maintain a safe online environment.
* Make fair, consistent, and timely decisions to keep the platform safe and respectful for all users.
* Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex content issues.
* Stay updated on the latest content moderation practices, regulations, and industry trends.
* Provide constructive feedback to improve internal processes and moderation guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
* Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
