If you're a hands-on Solution Finder who stays ahead of problems, we want to hear from you.About UsRincon is a leader in the short-term rental industry, focused on service excellence, innovation, and building strong relationships with guests and homeowners.Our Values:We care: we go above and beyond to make every stay feel like home.Impress: we create experiences that guests remember and owners trust.Innovate: we embrace change and the best solution wins.Integrity: we’re real with each other—transparent, honest, and team-first oriented.“We live our values every day, whether it's solving problems creatively or building trust with property owners"The RoleYou’ll manage property operations, resolve maintenance issues, and handle guest and owner communication—ensuring everything runs smoothly before, during, and after each stay.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a point of contact for guests and property owners, handling communications via email, phone, and CRM systemsManage booking inquiries, guest support, and issue resolution across booking platforms and direct bookingsProactively identify, report, and resolve property-related issues, coordinating with maintenance teams, suppliers, and service providersOversee daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, arrivals, departures, and key logisticsConduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards and readiness for guest arrivalsFollow up on maintenance tasks and ensure timely resolution of technical problems or damagesOnboard new properties into our system, optimizing listings, pricing, and promotional strategiesCoordinate with housekeeping, keyholders, and external partners to ensure seamless service deliveryPrepare clear, structured reports for internal teams and property owners regarding operational issues and solutionsSupport front office tasks and assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operationsWhat We’re Looking ForA proactive Solution Finder (problem-solver) with a hands-on attitudeStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneouslyExperience in property management, facility management, maintenance coordination, or a similar operational roleExcellent reporting skills – clear, concise, and structuredConfident in coordinating with suppliers, technicians, and service teamsComfortable using property management systems (PMS), task management tools, and basic office softwareValid EU driving license – this role involves frequent visits to propertiesExcellent command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written. You must be able to express yourself clearly, professionally, and confidently in all communication.Positive, adaptable, and self-motivated team playerFlexible and reliable, with availability for rotating schedules, including weekends, holidays, and emergency phone duty.Working Conditions – Please Read CarefullyThis is not a standard office job.
