We design, test and manufacture a wide range of anionic, non-ionic, amphoteric surfactants and specialized industrial formulations.The surfactants produced in the plants are widely used in industrial applications. In addition to household chemicals, personal care products, and the textile industry, they are widely used as wetting agents, emulsifiers, auxiliary agents in the paper industry, metallurgy, and many other areas. Responsibilit ies
* Develop sales of products of PCC Exol in Spain
* Participate in business development strategy building
* Responsibility for building long-lasting and strong relations with clients
* Initiate new products development based on identified client’s needs
* Manage sales channels
* Take actions aimed at exploring new market opportunities and undertake appropriate steps in order to use them
* Implement short- and long-term strategies of sales and development of the company in Spain
* Manage the commercial policy, make decisions given consideration to a market situation, aimed at maximizing sales results
* Visit clients in the region regularly, attend trade fairs and related activities to develop market intelligence and to access clients directly
* Prepare sales forecasts, sales analyses and action plans
* Negotiate terms of sale and contracts, acquiring new clients
* Cooperate with the research and development departments to develop new products
Requirements
* Good knowledge and proven experience on surfactants market in Iberia
* Chemical engineering background
* Very good command of English and Spainish
* Great level of knowledge and understanding of chemical market
* Ability to build long-term relationships with the client
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience in negotiations with senior management level in international sales
* Capability to adjust to customer requirements
* Willingness to travel and to work in international environments
* Experience of working with an international group
