About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen market presence in Spain. In this role, you will :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Build and expand client relationships, identifying new opportunities for products and solutions.
Partner with R&D and production teams to support product innovation and resolve technical and commercial challenges.
Prepare documentation for bids and tenders, ensuring competitive proposals.
Analyze market trends and competitors to refine go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Relevant experience and contacts in power AMI, distribution products, water meters, gas meters, or communication modules .
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese .
Strong results orientation and proven ability to deliver on sales targets.
Willingness to travel frequently for international business.
