We are not looking for a purely strategic profile; this role also requires someone operational, detail-oriented, and capable of driving execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
Develop and execute logistics and supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.
Manage relationships with transport providers, suppliersn and external logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations, customs requirements, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements and operational excellence.
Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team while creating efficient operational processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, retail, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Identify opportunities for automation, system improvements, and process optimization.
Key Requirements Proven experience as a Logistics Director, Senior Logistics Manager, or similar leadership role is mandatory.
Extensive experience in logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, and inventory operations.
Relevant higher education studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields are required.
Strong background in international logistics, imports/exports, and distribution operations.
Experience managing teams and leading operational logistics functions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and operational reporting tools.
