Job Description
* Identify and engage potential business partners in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Assess commercial opportunities, reviewing feasibility and profitability to ensure alignment with the company's goals and portfolio.
* Negotiate and manage CMO/CDMO agreements and partnerships.
* Represent the company at international events and industry trade fairs to promote collaboration and growth opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Technology Transfer, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
* Track market trends and share insights that support new commercial strategies.
The Successful Applicant
* University degree in Economics, International Business, Business Administration, or Industrial/Commercial Engineering.
* 3-5 years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in B2B and CMO/CDMO environments.
* Experience with sterile products is an advantage.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a solid understanding of the CMO/CDMO market.
* Fluent in English (C1 level); additional languages are an asset.
* Availability for frequent international travel.
* Existing professional network within the industry will be valued.
* A proactive and results-oriented professional with strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills. Someone who enjoys building partnerships, working in multicultural environments, and contributing to sustainable business growth.
