Tjekvik is a fast-growing technology company on a mission to transform the automotive aftersales experience. Our intelligent self-service platform, including indoor and outdoor kiosks, digital home check-in, and smart workshop tools, helps car dealerships streamline vehicle check-in and check-out, reduce pressure on service advisors, and grow revenue through automated upselling.
With clients across 20+ countries and nearly 5 million self-service interactions recorded in 2025 alone, we are rapidly becoming the go-to digital partner for aftersales teams at dealerships representing brands like BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz. Spain and Portugal are already established markets for us, with around 100 active dealer sites, and we are looking for the right person to take ownership of the region and drive its next phase of growth.
The Role
Iberia is one of Tjekvik's established and growing markets. The foundation has been built; your job is to take it to the next level. This is a solo contributor role with no local team, combining new business development with hands‑on support for an active and expanding dealer base. You will be the face of Tjekvik in Spain and Portugal, responsible for growing the customer base, deepening relationships with existing dealers, and ensuring every site gets the most out of the platform.

Key Responsibilities Market Development & Sales
* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstration to contract negotiation and signature
* Identify and close new business opportunities within dealer groups, multi-site operators, and strategic accounts
* Manage long, relationship-based sales cycles typical of Iberian dealer groups
* Navigate complex decision‑making structures involving Dealer Principals, Aftersales Managers, and OEM stakeholders
* Build a strong local network within the Iberian automotive ecosystem
* Drive customer retention and contract renewals through strong relationship management and demonstrated ROI
* Act as a trusted advisor to Aftersales Directors and Service Managers
* Support dealers in improving workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction (CSI), and aftersales profitability
* Conduct regular performance reviews with dealer partners, focusing on KPIs such as check‑in rate, upselling, and customer retention
* Take full responsibility for onboarding and implementation, ensuring alignment with internal teams
* Provide on‑site support when needed, especially during launch phases
* Build deep knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese automotive aftersales landscape, including competitive dynamics and customer needs
* Provide market intelligence and localisation feedback to the product and marketing teams
* Collaborate with Tjekvik's international teams to adapt global tools and materials for the Iberian market
* Define and execute a growth strategy that builds on the strong base already established in the region
What We Are Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within automotive, SaaS, or dealership technology solutions
* Well‑connected within Spanish and/or Portuguese automotive networks
* Strong understanding of the automotive aftersales environment: service reception, DMS, workshop operations
* Experience managing an existing customer portfolio while simultaneously developing new business
* Self‑starter comfortable working independently without a local team
* Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong advantage
* Willingness to travel frequently across Iberia
* Deep product knowledge mindset: ability to quickly master Tjekvik's platform and translate that knowledge into clear, compelling benefits for each dealer's specific aftersales context
