Were recruiting on behalf of our client, an established Finnish-headquartered B2B matchmaking company operating in 11 countries. They connect tech solution providers with C-level decision-makers through invitation-only executive events and 1-to-1 meetings. Theyre looking for a German-speaking Sales Manager to join their Barcelona office and drive growth across the DACH market.

The Role Youll work directly with senior executives and Sales Directors in the tech, IT, and cybersecurity space. Through consultative selling and outbound outreach, youll build partnerships with key decision-makers, backed by a proven product and a short 2–4 week sales cycle.
Responsibilities Outbound prospecting and cold outreach to German-speaking decision-makers Qualifying leads, booking and conducting meetings Presenting matchmaking solutions to senior stakeholders CRM and pipeline management Participating in executive-level business events Collaborating with an international team in a fast-paced sales environment
Requirements Fluent German (mother-tongue proficiency) and professional English Ideally 6+ months of B2B sales experience (SaaS, IT, recruitment, or similar) Based in Spain or able to start in Barcelona Strong communication skills, self-starter mentality, and team orientation Interest in business, markets, and client relationships
Compensation Base salary: €2,700–€4,000/month (depending on experience) Activity-based bonus: €500–€1,000/month (first 6 months) Commission: €25,000–€30,000/year Total OTE: €57,000–€86,500/year 7% salary increase in Year 1 Contract: 6-month fixed term, then permanent
