What you’ll do Be the trusted voice on the other end of the line: guiding merchants, building loyalty, and ensuring they get full value from SumUp
Proactively reduce churn and support long-term merchant success
Spot and act on upsell & cross-sell opportunities – helping merchants discover new tools and features
Drive product adoption and boost customer satisfaction
Share valuable merchant insights with Product and Ops teams to shape what we build next
