As the Indirect Sourcing Specialist, you will oversee compliance, sustainability, and data quality for Europe’s purchasing teams. You’ll collaborate with Buyers and directors to ensure robust data, risk controls, and sustainable sourcing practices. You’ll work across S2C and P2P tools to drive insights, dashboards, and timely reporting, helping L'Oréal maintain operational excellence.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Execute supplier referencing, collect documents, perform compliance checks, and data entry
- Plan, schedule, and track social audits for European suppliers
- Run yearly compliance campaigns (financial health, dependency, anti-corruption) and manage compliance docs
- Support sustainable sourcing initiatives and KPI reporting (e.g., Ecovadis, CDP)
- Maintain data in S2C/P2P tools (MySourcing, MyMarket, SAP); ensure data quality and consistency
- Develop sustainability dashboards and xugodme reports to inform actions
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and provide guidance to Purchasing Directors
