We are recruiting for talented Associate Team Leaders or Team Leaders to join our Data & Analytics team at Oliver Wyman.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing projects, working closely with clients and colleagues, and providing technical guidance and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Designing and implementing data products from both analytical and software points of view.
* Developing hypotheses, managing data collection, creating models, and conducting primary and secondary research.
* Surfacing insights and overseeing the work of analysts.
* Client presentations and interaction for decision-making related to technical aspects of the project.
* Using Partners and the internal network effectively to provide technical and senior-level steer to projects.

Our ideal candidate has a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, or Engineering) and relevant professional experience in advanced analytics, data manipulation, and data product development. You should also have strong analysis, documentation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
