P Here at we are looking for a b Technical Business Analyst /b to join our team in an international insurance project. /p pb Location: /b Open to remote from any part of Spain. /p pb You will: /b /pulli Develop use case, and option-impact assessment to determine and recommend the best solution to adopt across our core insurance, workflow, data and automation platforms. /lili Contribute to the design of systems, preparing use cases, functional / interface specifications, and other design artefacts including process maps. /lili Perform analysis across both systems and business processes to establish a good and aligned understanding the root cause of any open issues / underlying requirement. /lili Responsible for understanding the regulatory obligations that the project impacts /lili Elicit and document clear business requirements, ensuring the needs of both internal and external parties are reconciled. /lili Work alongside third-party providers to ensure the scoped solution fully meets the business need and achieve the envisaged benefits. /lili Provide support for testing, implementation, and training activities to ensure the seamless delivery of change. /lili Responsible for active risk management throughout the lifecycle of the project. /lili Responsible for impact assessing CRs where required. /lili Responsible for supporting the testing phases. /lili Responsible for supporting the project manager with developing the project plan. /lili Prioritise reports for migration based on business value and usage. /li /ul pb You should have: /b /pulli Advanced level of English. /lili2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in the delivery of Business Analysis artefacts (eg as-is analysis, use case, process design, functional specification, UAT, etc.) on business and IT change projects, preferably in the Financial Services sector (e.g. Insurance). /lili Intermediate working knowledge of SQL is a must, as well as the use of data analytics. /lili Understanding of Azure. /lili Experience working in Actuaries and understanding of ITIL principles will be valued. /li /ul pb What do we offer /b : /pulli Flexible remuneration and a personalized training plan. /lili People-focused team. /lili Dynamic work environment, with real possibilities for professional growth. /lili International projects of high technological value. /li /ul pem At /emem we are very conscious of the importance of respecting diversity.
