A Day in the Life
At L’Oréal, your internship will be a real-world, immersive experience. You'll find a dynamic and diverse environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to exciting projects. You'll have a mentor who will guide you and help you reach your full potential.
1. Sales: Analyze the market, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales for our 36 international brands. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a great customer experience, both online and offline.
2. Marketing: Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns. Research the market, analyze data, and propose creative ideas to connect with our consumers.
3. Communication: Be a key voice for L’Oréal. Create engaging content for various platforms, working across social media, public relations, and internal communications.
4. Operations: Explore the future of supply chain with cutting-edge technologies like VR, RFID, 3D printing, AI, and collaborative robots (COBOTS). From planning and logistics to customer care, you'll be an integral part of what keeps our brands moving.
5. Finance: Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and propose solutions to improve the company's financial performance. Work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where logic and forward-thinking are essential.
We're Looking for Someone Who...
6. Can sign an internship agreement with their university for a full-time (35 hrs/week), 6-month contract.
7. Has a degree in Management/Finance/Engineering/Business analytics/Marketing or similar.
8. Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Speaks English and Spanish fluently.
10. Has an entrepreneurial spirit and is highly motivated.
11. Is enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn and grow.Is a strong problem-solver.
12. Enjoys collaborating with others.
13. Can effectively plan and manage projects.
14. Is creative and innovative.
15. Has strong analytical skills.
16. Is interested in business planning and strategy.
