Based in Madrid, you will collaborate with SAP experts and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and optimize our SAP ecosystem.What you will do :
Serve as the single point of contact for ERP operations.Act as the Technical Owner for SAP operations, ensuring system availability and performance.Manage multi-landscape environments, including system refreshes and upgrades.Lead technical operations for SAP S / 4HANA, Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM.Develop and implement ITIL-based SAP operational best practices.Collaborate with SAP representatives and lead SAP Basis and Cloud ALM functions.What you bring & who you are :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in SAP S / 4HANA, SAP ECC, Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM.Experience with SAP ECS teams and knowledge of Azure, SAP Ariba, and ITIL practices.A great advantage will be working in a SAP RISE support modelStrong teamwork and customer-oriented mindset in a multicultural environment.Proactive and solution-focused approach to operational challenges.Fluent in English;
