Your mission
As the Sales Manager for the Spanish market, you'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales representatives within a call center environment. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and optimizing operational performance. You will oversee day-to-day sales operations, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate the call center sales team to meet and/or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies, scripts, and incentive programs, including tactical challenges to foster overachievement.
* Monitor team performance through reports, dashboards, and one to ones.
* Provide ongoing training and development to improve sales techniques and product knowledge by doing weekly 1to1s, team meetings, etc.
* Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Marketing and Product teams to align efforts/actions with call center activities.
* Handle escalated customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and agent productivity to identify improvement areas and implement PIPs when required.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future sales results.
* Foster a positive and results-driven work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
* A hands-on approach by acting as a sales agent role model, when needed.
What you bring
* Proven experience in call center, with 3 years experience in sales management or similar leadership roles
* Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and call center technology, as well as KPI management.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage performance under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
* Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Good command of English and Spanish.
* Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
