Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
We are looking for a SAP Success Factors Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting-edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.
The opportunity
Youll be working using the best practices of SAP solutions from Human Resources area including Success Factors and HCM implementations. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and onPremise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approach and dealing with Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects.
Your key responsibilities
As a member of our team, youll have a chance to extend your experience. Youll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Human Capital area. Youll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 3+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations.
- SAP SF EC plus COMP certificate.
- SAP HCM knowledge will be an additional asset.
- Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations.
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for Success Factors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.
- Hands-on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML.
- System configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
- Preparation Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts.
- Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Experience in standard project tasks: Test cases, analysis, documentation.
- Higher Education Degree.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
Ideally, youll also have
- Other language knowledge (Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc.).
- Good understanding of HR business processes.
