We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who excels in both technical execution and communication. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in software architecture and design patterns. They should be committed to writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code, improving software quality, and participating in maintaining and enhancing the team's CI pipeline and automated tests. You will collaborate with a fully distributed, remote team and play a key role in designing, optimizing, and developing AI-centric software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications.
2. Ensure software quality through automated testing and validation.
3. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
5. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and correctness.
6. Document implementations, testing, CI decisions, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages.
2. Experience with Typescript, Groovy, SQL, and React is a plus but not mandatory.
3. Experience with software architecture (monolithic, event-driven) and design patterns.
4. Experience designing multi-tenant or SaaS applications.
5. Strong understanding of testing (TDD), validation methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills.
