¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial reporting.
- Monitor and control costs across departments and projects, ensuring alignment with budget.
- Prepare, analyse and report cost information, including labour, materials, overheads and production expenses.
- Implement and maintain cost control procedures and appropriate financial governance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
- Develop budgets, forecasts and variance analysis, providing insights to support strategic decisions.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new projects, investments and business initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and functional leaders to gather financial data and make recommendations.
- Lead and support accounting team members, offering technical guidance where required.
- Coordinate external audits and maintain relationships with auditors and other external stakeholders.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial controlling roles, ideally within manufacturing environments, including full responsibility for end-to-end closing.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling or planning tools.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, management reporting and internal controls.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication skills to present financial information clearly across departments.
- Advanced English level.
