Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Digital Advertising strategies (SEM, Display, Social Ads) tailored to performance objectives.
- Daily Campaign Management: Proactively set up, launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. Previous, practical, and verifiable experience in the direct management of Paid Ads is an OBLIGATORY requirement for this role.
- Advanced Analysis: Conduct in-depth performance analysis, identify trends, detect growth opportunities, and generate actionable insights.
- Continuous Optimization: Implement rigorous A/B testing, refine audience segmentation, adjust bidding strategies, and manage keyword portfolios to maximize efficiency and reach.
- Reporting and Communication: Generate detailed performance reports and clearly present results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Market Trends: Stay at the forefront of the latest updates, tools, and best practices in the digital marketing and Paid Ads landscape.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Language: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish (C1/C2).
- Experience: Solid, prior, and verifiable experience in managing and optimizing Paid Advertising (Paid Ads) campaigns is a strict REQUIREMENT.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset focused on achieving KPIs/ROI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Location: Willingness and ability to work from our offices in Lisbon, Portugal.
