✨ About the Role We are looking for a Senior SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant to join a leading home appliance manufacturer. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting the SAP CS module, ensuring seamless after-sales service processes and customer service management. This role also involves integrating systems through APIs to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Skills & Experience Mandatory: Strong expertise in SAP CS
Nice to Have: SAP S/4HANA experience SAP PM SAP EAM SAP MM
Experience: 6–9 years of relevant SAP consulting experience
Languages: Spanish: C1 English: C1
Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and functional support of SAP CS. Ensure correct implementation of after-sales and customer service processes. Align solutions with business needs and integrate systems via APIs. Provide functional support and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery. Support testing, training, and post-go-live activities.
Work Environment 100% remote work within Spain. No regular travel required (occasional travel may be reimbursed if necessary). Personal data will be handled securely. Equipment provided.
