RevSync is a B2B GTM agency. We help B2B companies build and run their outbound engine end to end: LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and revenue operations (RevOps). We’re a lean, killer team. You’ll be the commercial face of the business.
The Role:
We’re looking for one person to own the full commercial cycle: find new clients, close them, and keep them happy. You’ll be the person prospects meet first and the person existing clients trust on their weekly strategy calls.
This is a hunter and a relationship-builder. If you only like one half of that, this isn’t your role.
To be clear: you won’t be executing the campaigns yourself, and you won’t be alone on client calls. Our campaign and automation specialists build and run the work, and they join you on the weekly client calls to handle the technical detail. Your job is to own the strategy and the relationship, with the team backing you up.
What you will own:
• Source new B2B clients through outbound (LinkedIn and email) using our own GTM playbook (you’ll be running the exact motion we sell).
• Close discovery and sales calls, write proposals, and bring deals over the line.
• Service & retain clients as their main point of contact, including leading the LinkedIn and email campaign strategy portion of weekly client calls (our automation lead covers the automation side; you cover outreach strategy, copy, and offer).
• Work alongside our campaign execution team (who build the campaigns) and translate strategy into clear direction clients can act on.
• Spot opportunities to expand accounts and feed insight back into how we package and price our services.
You are a strong fit if you have:
• Excellent, fluent professional English, spoken and written. You will be the face of the company on every client call; this is non-negotiable.
