About H2SITE: H2SITE is a company that believes in European reindustrialization, created after 15 years of R&D with leading European research entities to develop cutting‐edge technology. We have built a unique membrane factory in the world, where we manufacture units that provide a solution to the problem of hydrogen transport. Our products produce and/or separate H2 on‐site from different feedstocks (ammonia, methanol, formic acid, syngas from waste...) and can save billions in infrastructure and accelerate the hydrogen economy. We work to leave a better world for future generations by fighting climate change and facilitating the energy transition supported by renewable hydrogen.Mission: As an Office & Management Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company's office. Among your responsibilities is the management of maintenance, suppliers, material and other administrative tasks, ensuring the optimal internal functioning of the office.Functions: Office Operations & Protocol Development: Establishing, implementing, and maintaining office procedures and efficiency standards to ensure a high‐level professional environment.Facility & Maintenance Oversight: Coordinating cleaning services (Clyma), gardening, and laundry; managing repairs, and ensuring general order in offices, plant, and common areas.Internal Policy Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture through organized internal communications.Events coordination: Organize and co‐ordinate employee events, business meetings, executive meetings and management meetings.
