YOUR TASKS:
1. Further development of AI prototypes into products: Evolve existing use cases into robust, production-ready services and integrate them into our managed services portfolio.
2. Design and implement new GenAI solutions, e.g., for automating business processes, intelligent data analysis, or as assistance functions for various departments.
3. Use modern open-source frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack to integrate large language models into enterprise processes. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and similar approaches to create effective prompts for relevant answers.
4. Contribute to building our modular, orchestratable private AI platform by developing reusable modules and APIs that connect different AI services.
5. Train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML and LLM models for specific requirements using tools like Hugging Face and MLflow.
6. Implement AI solutions in cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
7. Work in an agile manner with interdisciplinary teams, contributing ideas to our GenAI development.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
* Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in NLP or generative AI.
* Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, familiarity with GenAI frameworks and Hugging Face Transformers, plus knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
* Experience in process development, analyzing and improving technical workflows.
* Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), vector databases, private cloud environments, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
* Understanding of MLOps, version control, CI/CD, and model management platforms like MLflow.
* Analytical thinking and the ability to develop creative AI solutions, staying updated on technological trends.
* Strong communication skills and team orientation, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
