In this role you will apply quality engineering principles to ensure regulatory compliance and enable robust product development, manufacturing, and distribution. You will investigate complex quality issues across production processes and drive continuous improvement using engineering methods. You will help design for manufacturing, optimize processes, and develop training and documentation to enable knowledge transfer. This position supports a new state-of-the-art plant in Moncada, contributing to a global network and scalable manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality medical devices at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Edwards systems to optimize development, manufacturing, and distribution
• Investigate CAPA, non-conformances, and audit observations across production processes prior to final release
• Identify and optimize complex Manufacturing and/or R&D processes using Six Sigma and Lean methods
• Pursue redesign opportunities for equipment, tools, and fixtures to improve manufacturing and reduce risk
• Develop, update, and maintain risk management documentation
• Create training materials and production documentation to enable knowledge transfer
• Assign tasks, supervise technicians, provide instruction xpzdshu and feedback, and coordinate technician work
• Train and guide lower level employees on routine procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 4 years of industry experience
• Master's Degree or PhD in Engineering or related field with 3 years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
