<p> TERCIO and its West Lyon office are recruiting for one of their clients, specialized in the manufacturing & distribution of connected medical devices, a: </p><p> Field Sales Representatives (m/f)</p><p></p><p><b> Your mission </b></p><p> Reporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Eastern Spain. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into long-term customers. </p><p></p><p><b> In this context, your main responsibilities are: </b></p><p></p><ul><li> Analyze your territory and identify business opportunities </li><li> Organize sales prospection tours and generate qualified appointments </li><li> Other prospection actions are also required : phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and events </li><li> Conduct product demonstrations and defend the client's value proposition </li><li> Manage the entire sales cycle through to completion </li><li> Maintain a structured activity, with good use of CRM, regular reporting and KPI monitoring. </li><li> Use digital tools, business software and internal processes with ease </li><li> Working with structured methods and collaborative tools like Notion </li><li> Share market feedback and collaborate with internal teams </li><li> Represent the brand at congresses, trade shows and events </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p> Your profile </p><p> You have a successful background in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment. </p><p></p><ul><li> Solid experience in B2B field sales towards small companies </li><li> Hunter profile with the ability to open new markets </li><li> Experience in field prospection and developing new accounts </li><li> Comfortable with technical products, software, or high-value solutions </li><li> Excellent organization, autonomy, and results-oriented </li><li> Strong affinity for technology and comfort with digital tools </li><li> Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment </li><li> Pragmatic, flexible mentality and start-up spirit </li></ul><p></p><p> Salary & benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided </p>
