Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Assist customers with various banking-related queries, including account information, transactions, and online banking support.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.Ensure compliance with bank policies, security procedures, and data protection regulations.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.Escalate complex issues to specialized departments as needed. Requirements: Language Skills: Fluent Norwegian speaker with B2-C1 proficiency in English.Experience: Previous experience in customer support or banking is a plus, but not required.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Familiarity with basic banking processes and online banking tools is advantageous.Mandatory Requirement: Must pass a clean credit check to be considered for the position.
