IT Business Analyst - Source to Pay / Order to Cash

What You'll Do:
Join a newly formed team at the heart of a major finance transformation. You will help move from multiple custom solutions to a single, global Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, within the Monetize & Core Finance Tribe of our Internal IT department.
As an IT Business Analyst (S2P / O2C), you play a key role in designing, delivering, and evolving finance processes. You work closely with business teams (Procurement, AP, Billing), the Product Owner, technical teams, and our system integrator to build robust, compliant, and scalable solutions.
This is a hybrid, hands‑on role combining business analysis, functional design, and system configuration, with strong ownership from requirements to run & evolve.
* Lead or co‑lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture and refine requirements
* Design and configure Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay modules (Procurement, Self‑Service Procurement, Payables)
* Contribute to the functional design of Order-to-Cash integrations (e.g. SAP BRIM - Oracle), ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation
* Review and challenge functional designs and configurations delivered by the system integrator
* Drive the delivery of functional enhancements and fixes, from design to testing and go‑live
* Act as the functional reference for complex S2P / O2C topics and end‑to‑end scenarios
* Contribute to testing strategies (SIT, UAT) and ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, and local GAAP
Who You Are:
* You have 5+ years of experience in ERP functional roles (Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Application Expert…)
* You bring strong, hands‑on expertise in Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay, especially Procurement and Payables
* You have a solid functional understanding of Order‑to‑Cash and its accounting impact on Oracle Fusion Receivables (AR)
* You are comfortable in hybrid roles, both facilitating workshops and configuring the system yourself
* You have a strong operational mindset and enjoy solving complex functional and data issues
* You understand integration impacts (APIs, data flows) in a multi‑system finance environment
* You collaborate easily with business, IT, and external partners and communicate clearly in English
Experience with SAP BRIM, Oracle Receivables configuration, multi‑country rollouts, or other Oracle SaaS solutions is a plus.
