This is a fully onsite role focused on team leadership, operational performance, escalations, and day-to-day management within a fast-paced casino environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee Customer Support, Payments and Fraud operations from the Melilla hub.
* Lead and manage teams; drive operational performance and day-to-day operations.
* Handle escalations and ensure service levels are met in a fast-paced casino environment.
Qualifications
* Strong iGaming operations/customer support experience
* Exposure to Payments, Fraud or Player Operations
* Team management experience
* Fluent Spanish and English
Compensation
Salary circa €55k
Location
* Based in Melilla
* Open to relocate (accommodation provided by potential employer)
* Able to travel weekly onsite from Malaga/Madrid
