Location: Mutxamel (Alicante), Spain.
We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Spain and support the Control & Reporting function within Iberia.
This position plays a key role in monitoring financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, improving financial processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and Group standards.
Responsibilities
* Monitor the economic and financial performance of the company, preparing internal reports and trend analyses to support decision-making.
* Collect, analyse, and consolidate financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
* Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans in line with Group deadlines and local regulations.
* Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses and calculations to support key business decisions.
* Prepare profitability and cost‑efficiency analyses to optimize business performance.
* Evaluate and improve financial processes and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and data quality.
* Support bidding processes by collaborating with commercial and operational teams on financial evaluations.
* Manage and report flight hours, insurance cost calculations, and travel expenses.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
* Good knowledge and experience working with SAP.
ExperienceEssential
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling & Reporting environments.
* Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes.
Desirable
* Previous experience in international or highly regulated environments.
* Experience supporting operational and commercial teams in financial evaluations or bidding processes.
