Territory Sales Manager – Responsibilities
Developing new business opportunities and converting prospects into customers
Managing and growing relationships with existing accounts
Identifying opportunities within corrugated packaging, signage, display, flexible packaging and related industries
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Building strong relationships with decision‑makers at operational, technical, and executive levels
Maintaining an active sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM
Collaborating closely with technical, service, and application teams to deliver customer value
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities

Required Qualifications
Proven success in B2B capital equipment, industrial machinery, manufacturing technology in corrugated packaging, printing, sign & display or related markets
Experience selling complex technical solutions
A strong track record of developing new business while managing strategic accounts
Commercial acumen, financial awareness and confidence negotiating high‑value deals
The ability to engage with production, operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
Fluent Spanish and English
Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with regional and international teams
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Spain
