Quality Assurance Specialist for Billing Systems
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to lead the testing efforts for our billing systems team. This role requires a hands-on professional who can design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for complex billing workflows.
- Collaborate with finance, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless transition to NetSuite Billing.
- Validate data integrity across systems during migration and integration testing.
- Design test strategy and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of QA experience with billing or financial systems.
- Strong understanding of billing workflows, subscription models, revenue recognition, and invoicing logic.
- Experience working with NetSuite (preferred), Zoho, FastSpring, or similar platforms.
