1. Driving Sales: You are spearheading the sales of our innovative technological solutions in your sales area (Andalusia)
2. Consulting: You act as a business and tech consultant to analyze and understand your client’s business challenges in detail
3. Showcasing: You promote and give demos of EGYM’s solutions in the assigned sales territory and generate new business opportunities through, e.g. cold calling and visits, and convert them into sales in a highly professional manner
4. Business Cases: You create and present business cases, offers, and concepts for a wide range of clients
5. Events: You organize and execute regional sales events with the support of our Marketing team
6. Reporting: You are responsible for a regular sales reporting (using Salesforce) directly to our Country Director

Your fitness level

7. Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in solution selling (B2B) and consultancy preferably with a technological background, including a successful track record in selling solutions and consultant services
8. Fitness Industry: You were working in a commercial or financial role or as a manager of a sport, fitness or health center before and have a deep understanding of economics and business model design
9. Results: You are a highly motivated and result-driven person looking to shape the future of the fitness and health industry with the ability to create and grow your customer network
10. Structure: You are highly structured in your daily work and bring first experience in Salesforce or other CRM tools
11. Communication: You are passionate about digitalization and bring very good communication skills (fluency in Spanish and solid level of English - spoken and written) to spread this passion

Your training goal for your first 6 months

12. CRM Knowledge: You will confidently manage the customer database with CRM
13. Product Demonstrations: You will perform at least 4 demonstrations per week
14. Events: You will help promote and organize at least 2 trade events in your region
15. Close Sales: You have completed at least one full sales process
