What you will do Responsibilities
* Sales & Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and effective zoning on the shop floor.
* Maintain company standards in all store areas (FOH, BOH) per brand guidelines.
* Provide feedback on customer service and support sales by monitoring and driving KPIs.
* Operations: Ensure compliance with Karl Lagerfeld operational guidelines.
* Oversee POS transactions, stock maintenance, and replenishment.
* Execute merchandising plans, campaigns, and promotions on time.
* Maintain correct pricing, signage, and a hazard-free environment.
* Prevent theft and ensure adherence to health & safety policies.
* Communicate and implement head office directives within the team.
* Commercial: Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.
* Assist in forecasting and merchandising strategies to boost sales.
* Monitor competition and anticipate customer demand.
* People Management: Support recruitment, development, and motivation of the team.
* Provide structure, coaching, and performance management.
* Manage absenteeism and ensure daily priorities are met.

* Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible Retail experience, with a minimum 2 years management experience
* Languages: English advanced.

* Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service.
* Retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, leadership and sales experience required
