As a Marketing & Media Trainee at Dyson, you will mainly collaborate with the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Category & Media Manager, assisting in the launch of cutting-edge technology products and supporting the management and execution of advertising campaigns.
We aim to bring in fresh perspectives and support the development of future professionals who can progress within the organization. The role will complement the existing team by providing additional support for an increasing number of projects and campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in marketing, with access to ongoing learning and mentoring from industry leaders.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborate on the planning and activation of media campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
* Support the management of the media calendar and coordinate the timely delivery of creative assets.
* Analyse and create reports on campaign results (e.g., KPIs, audience data, ROI) to provide actionable insights.
* Work closely with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to support effective campaign execution.
* Assist in preparing insightful presentations and clear reports for internal meetings.
* Contribute to market trend analysis, campaign support, and product portfolio optimization to enhance brand visibility and commercial performance.
* Manage administrative tasks such as updating internal databases and tracking budgets.
* Participate in training sessions and become familiar with industry-leading tools and platforms.
About You
* You have a Bachelor’s and/or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field (our traineeships at Dyson are extracurricular and exclude university agreements).
* Any previous work experience (f.e. internship, student job) would be a plus.
* Innovative mindset, collaboration, resilience and passion for excellence.
* Genuine interest in marketing, brand building, and the world of consumer technology. Eagerness to learn about category management, media planning, and the impact of strategic campaigns. Motivation to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where no two days are the same.
* Full proficiency in both English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
* Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite)
