In this fast-paced role, you’ll blend technical understanding with strong market insight, instantly building impact in a fast moving, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and deliver against ambitious commercial targets
* Manage and develop B2B customer relationships across the territory
* Provide clear responses to technical, formulation, regulatory and commercial enquiries
* Identify opportunities through market insight, contacts and industry intelligence
* Prepare account plans, call reports and track opportunities with precision
* Monitor KPIs and report on performance trends and variances
* Represent the business at key exhibitions, seminars and industry events
Candidate Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge of the beauty & personal care market across Spain and Portugal
* A strong network of potential client contacts
* Motivated, proactive and keen to set new sales records
* Clear, confident communication skills in English and Spanish
