We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our financial strategy through this next phase of growth.
&##10+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
Proven experience leading M&A transactions (due diligence, financial modeling, post-merger integration).
Experience negotiating and managing debt financing .
Solid track record in reporting to private equity or VC funds .
Fluent English (C1+) ; Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Identify and execute M&A opportunities to support inorganic growth.
Build and scale a high-performing finance team.
