Job Objective:
The store assistant is responsible for welcoming, attending, and selling products directly to customers in the store or establishment, matching their demands with our offerings.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Customer service and sales.
2. Stock control, ensuring product entry, replenishment, and placement.
3. Maintain visual merchandising and window display standards.
4. Cash management: collections, exchanges, balancing, etc.
5. Handle returns and incidents.
Key Competencies:
* Excellent customer service skills, proactive attitude, and empathy.
* High sense of responsibility and commitment.
* Organized, planned, able to prioritize, and capable of teamwork.
Requirements:
* Age: 23-50 years.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday with established rest days.
