Mekanism is looking for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on SEM/PPC Campaign Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes paid media, thrives on results, and has deep expertise in managing cross-platform performance campaigns that generate measurable growth.
What You'll Do
* Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
* Own day-to-day account management including keyword strategy, bidding, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
* Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS and CPA
* Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams to ensure cohesive messaging and landing page alignment
* Generate performance reports, develop strategic recommendations, and present directly to clients
* Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats
What We're Looking For
* 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
* Proven success driving B2C and/or B2B lead generation and ecommerce performance
* Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)
* Strong understanding of audience segmentation, pixel/tracking implementation, and remarketing
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
