Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for a Quality Manager for a 24 months project based at supplier in Tarragona.
The selected candidate will oversee and coordinate all site quality activities of LNG mega modules construction, covering all disciplines including Mechanical & Welding, Coating, E&I and Mechanical Completion. S/he will play a key role in ensuring that all quality standards are met acting as the main point of reference for client and suppliers, managing multidisciplinary teams, leading quality meetings, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure project objectives are consistently achieved.
Key Duties
* Lead and coordinate the teams across all disciplines.
* Ensure correct application of ITPs, procedures, and project specs.
* Interface daily with Client Management, Engineering team, and other parties involved.
* Conduct interviews and support onboarding of personnel.
* Manage NCRs, drive root cause analysis, and lead lesson learnt sessions.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives and site-specific quality procedures.
* Support dossier preparation and proper documentation flow.
Requirements
* Experience in quality management on industrial construction sites.
* Solid understanding of multidisciplinary inspections and fabrication processes.
* Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor according to ISO 9001-2015
* Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
