Brand Designer About the RoleProduct School is looking for a Brand Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital, print, and presentation materials. This role is ideal for someone who loves design execution, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys creating polished, on-brand assets that support marketing, sales, and business initiatives. You'll work within an established brand system to develop high-quality creative assets across multiple channels. We're looking for a designer who enjoys hands-on design work and thrives on turning concepts and creative direction into polished deliverables. What You'll DoDesign marketing materials across digital and print channelsCreate graphics and visual assets for social media campaignsDevelop and maintain presentation templates in Google SlidesDesign sales enablement materials, one-pagers, case studies, and marketing collateralCreate and refine email graphics and visual contentBuild scalable design templates that can be used across teamsPartner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver assets that align with business goalsEnsure consistency across all brand touchpoints and maintain high design standardsOrganize and manage design files, templates, and brand assets What We're Looking For~3+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a related field~ Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, digital, and presentation design work~ Proficiency with Figma and Canva~ Extensive experience creating and editing Google Slides presentations and templates~ Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency~ Experience designing for both digital and print formats~ Highly organized with strong attention to detail~ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment~ Comfortable receiving creative direction and executing within established brand guidelines Nice to HaveExperience supporting marketing teams in a high-growth environmentFamiliarity with email marketing design best practicesExperience developing scalable template systems and design librariesBasic understanding of motion graphics or video editing Tools You'll UseFigmaCanvaGoogle SlidesGoogle Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not required) Success in This Role You'll be successful in this role if you enjoy creating high-quality design assets, building efficient template systems, and bringing consistency to a growing brand.
