What You'll DoGlobal Brand Strategy & Content Management
Define and execute global brand positioning, value propositions, and visual identity for our biostimulants product line
Manage the content ecosystem: multilingual websites (English/Spanish/Chinese), product brochures, technical white papers, case studies, and demo videos
Lead LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube organic social strategy to amplify our voice in agtech
Event Leadership & Execution
Oversee participation in 6+ international agri-events annually (SIVAL, AGRITECHNICA, World Agri-Tech, Agrishow, and more)
Own end-to-end event logistics: booth design, sample preparation, freight, on-site reception, and post-show lead follow-up
Organize monthly webinars, product launches, and customer appreciation events
Regional Market Support
Partner with country sales managers to deliver localized promotional toolkits (competitive comparison sheets, PPT templates, campaign playbooks)
Support distributor training and field demo events with collateral and media coordination
Deliver quarterly competitive intelligence reports on global agri-marketing trends
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ad campaigns, optimizing for ROI
Track MQLs through website analytics, email marketing (EDM), and CRM, ensuring seamless handoff to sales
Budgeting & Performance Metrics
Build and manage the annual marketing budget (events, content production, digital ads, etc.)
Track KPIs: brand impressions, event-acquired leads, content downloads, website traffic growth, and cost per conversion
What You BringEssential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Plant Nutrition, Advertising/Communications, or a related field
3–5 years of B2B global marketing experience in agri-inputs (biostimulants, specialty fertilizers, crop protection) or adjacent industries (horticulture, ag‐biotech)
Proven track record: independently managed at least 2 international agri-events from planning to post‐event follow-up
Language Proficiency
English: Fluent (must — for drafting press releases, liaising with international vendors, hosting webinars)
Spanish: B2 or above (strongly preferred — for coordinating with local design agencies, print shops, event contractors, and collaborating with Latin American markets)
Portuguese or French: A plus
Technical Skills
Proficient with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, HubSpot/Mailchimp, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite (basics)
Strong command of social media analytics on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook for Business
Working knowledge of EU and major‐market regulatory labeling requirements for biostimulants/fertilizers (to ensure compliant promotion)
Soft Skills
Comfortable working across time zones (APAC, Americas) with flexible scheduling
Exceptional project management — capable of juggling 5+ concurrent initiatives
Willing to travel internationally 30–40% of the time (primarily Europe, Americas, and Latin America for shows)
Nice-to-Haves
Existing relationships with agri‐KOLs or industry associations (EBIC, New Ag International, etc.)
Video scriptwriting or basic editing capabilities
