Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The primary responsibility is to develop the hunting market by approaching and establishing solid relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.Key attributes and expectations include:
Strong business acumenHunting experience (licensed preferred)Active social media user (Instagram/Facebook) with significant followersExperience in retail and store managementIntegrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, and responsibilityProficiency in EnglishExcellent communication and negotiation skillsThe Business Development Manager will act as the ambassador of Hikvision and will be responsible for:
Developing the hunting market through dealer/shop visits, brand promotion, activities, and relationship buildingMarket research, competitor and customer surveysIdentifying business opportunities and growth pointsAddressing dealer and end-user pain points and support needsPresenting solutions to potential customersSupporting marketing activities at trade shows and eventsCollaborating with regional sales teamsEngaging with associations and interest groupsAssisting in project specifications with consultantsPositioning HikMicro as the preferred product for consultantsPreparing management reportsCandidate Profile:
Proven negotiation skills at corporate levelOpen-mindedness to working in a multicultural environmentSelf-driven and ambitiousStrong English communication skills (oral and written)Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
