Reporting to the Mako Senior Director, the Senior Key Account Manager / Account Executive Mako leads high-value capital sales efforts within the MedTech sector, targeting C-suite executives in healthcare. This strategic role enables you to propose financial solutions, develop business cases, and manage complex negotiations to drive adoption of premium technologies. The Account Manager will engage key stakeholders to secure successful outcomes and foster long-term partnerships with high-impact customers.

Your key responsibilities :
* Manage the sales cycle as Account Executive Mako by guiding cross-functional teams and overseeing post-sale installation and training activities at customer sites in Iberica.
* Collaborate with local implant teams, orthopedic surgeons, and hospital administration to advance accounts through the sales process of differential technology over $1,000,000.
* Navigate sales through both budgeted and off-budget processes, effectively managing stakeholders throughout.
* Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with prospective and existing customers, leveraging these to drive recurrent sales cycles.
* Cultivate new sales opportunities with the Mako Sales Director and manage leads generated by the company.
* Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
* Inform customers about new products/services and prices, and provide input for new product commercial planning.
* Provide timely reports on key account activities, forecasts, and other required data.
* Attend sales training, trade shows, and other promotional events.
* Translate market data and financial opportunities into customer benefits.
* Promote surgeon validation labs and roadshows with the clinical support team to advance surgeons' clinical validation.
* Partner effectively with internal teams and marketing to build and support the robotics program pre- and post-installation.
What are we looking for?
Required :
* Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, health sciences, business administration, or similar.
* Minimum of 5 years of capital sales experience.
* Experience in high-level negotiation.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level).
Preferred :
* Experience in MedTech & Orthopedics is a strong plus.
* Background in C-Suite selling (CEO, CFO, COO of hospitals) with understanding of hospital financial operations.
* Ability to translate clinical benefits into economic value and familiarity with financial selling tools.
* Experience working within complex matrix organizations.
