Job Overview
* Define the scope and objectives of business systems through research and collaboration with stakeholders.
* Analyse user needs and adjust system logic to enhance efficiency and performance.
* Oversee business systems projects from inception through implementation and support.
* Design PowerBI dashboards and functional prototypes to support data-driven requirements gathering.
* Extract, query, and interpret complex lab data using SQL to inform clinical and operational decisions.
* Translate technical infrastructure requirements into accessible documentation and actionable plans.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration to align technology with business goals in clinical trial settings.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Life Sciences.
* 10–15 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst, including 6 years in a Central Lab or Clinical Trials environment preferred.
* Deep understanding of business applications and client requirements in a regulated setting.
* Strong SQL skills for querying and managing data in complex systems.
* Proficiency with PowerBI to translate datasets into dynamic visualizations and insights.
* Knowledge of lab data structures, enterprise platforms, and clinical research workflows.
* Exceptional communication, documentation, and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
