Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities.
- Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships.
- Proven experience selling travel services, SaaS or tech related to big companies or resellers.
- Worked at or with companies such as banks, credit card, loyalty programs, insurance, telecommunications, sport clubs, etc.
- Understands the dynamics of the B2B - B2B2C value chain.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale reseller programs, including onboarding, enablement, and tiering models.
Target Client Background:
- Mid- to large-size companies, multinationals, banks, sport clubs.
High-level conversations with C-level executives BDM, CMOs, CFO or Travel Managers.
Key Skills:
- Strong relationship-building with product, contracting, and commercial teams.
- Experience with XML/API integrations, ancillary upselling, and value-added service packaging is a plus.
- Skilled in pitching solutions that enhance the end-user (traveler) experience while driving partner revenue.
Location & Language:
- Based in Barcelona.
- Fluent in English ; Spanish, French, or German are strong assets depending on region.
