Your role You will empower the Sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to deliver outstanding value to customers. You’ll design and deliver engaging learning experiences, translate product and sales content into clear instructional materials, and continuously improve enablement programmes to boost performance across the sales journey. Design and develop engaging learning experiences for the Sales team, including e-learning modules, interactive workshops, job aids, and blended learning solutions · Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement · Manage the full lifecycle of training content (concept, development, iteration, and retirement) to keep enablement assets relevant and effective · Stay up to date with best practices in instructional design, learning technology, and sales enablement, including the use of AI · SharePoint/LMS) to ensure enablement content is easy to find, use, and reuse · Own content governance: versioning, updates, and retirements to keep materials accurate as products and processes evolve · Support sales activation by ensuring teams adopt new content, tools, and playbooks through communication and reinforcement Stakeholder management & needs analysis · Conduct efficient needs assessments (data, interviews, observation) to diagnose performance gaps and propose the right enablement interventions · Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business, aligning enablement plans with sales priorities and product strategy · Support pre-sales with structured and reusable content · Monitor adoption and performance signals (completion, assessment results, sales feedback) to iterate and improve enablement programmes · Identify inefficiencies in enablement workflows and propose improvements to increase speed, quality, and impact · You will have the opportunity to work in a versátil environment, with flexible working times, great social benefits, and extensive training possibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field · Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, applied effectively in remote-first organisations · Experience in technology, AI, or data-related environments is a strong plus · Portfolio of instructional design work (e-learning samples, training documents) and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment · Experience supporting go-to-market or pre-sales activities is valued Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, or similar · Fluent in Spanish and English Fujitsu is the leading Japanese information and communication technology (ICT) company, offering a full range of technology products, solutions, and services.
